quick to react and well organised

I can highly recommend this dive school, it is in fact a large school with many customers, but classes are small (3-4 people) and the school is very good to customize for the special needs of each person. I had asked for a quiet room and in fact I got a very nice and quiet room. Instructors Sonia and Alex were both very confident and clear and always in control of any situation. Safety and equipment is taken very seriously, I wasn't able to spot any flaw there. There is clearly a bit of an Anglo-Saxon vibe around the school area, with the usual funny, outward-going characteristics.
What was not specific to the diving school, but rather to the island, just a minor thing, so I mostly say this as a means to further improve the service, was the absence of authentic Thai food. I had the feeling that the food was more like Thai food in Europe. I did not really know what to order for breakfast, the options were like English breakfast or Pad Thai. If that would be manageable, I would encourage the restaurants to go back to offer things like steamed Thai banana with sticky rice in banana leaf, like little pieces of food that one could get before the dive or after, those are easy to prepare and could be sold at 10 Bath/piece. Pretty sure most people would disagree with me though, but since you asked me about my opinion...
