This course was awesome! It was filled with laughter, awesome company and some great teaching. Carmelo was a thorough instructor who was super helpful at all times and made sure that we were doing everything to the best standard, which meant that passing the IE felt easy! Everyone involved in the course was good fun, professional and made it an amazing course to be on.

The Dive-careers IDC went like a dream and by the end all six applicants passed with relative ease. We were incredibly fortunate to be taught by Mark, his name is widely known world wide and it was clear to see why.
The layout was planned brilliantly and the resources available made the eventual IE somewhat easier than expected. Mark is a personable and charismatic guy, that teaches in a way it doesn't feel like a class or learning. The support throughout from him and the other IDC staff was great and it's a support I feel I will continue to have throughout my dive career.

My IDC was a mix of hard work, fun, diving and good relationships, with I believe are the core of the diving industry. Apart from a great course director, he is also friend who always helps (even after the IDC/IE) and very professional to work with.I would highly recommend doing your IDC with Mark Soworka, extremely knowledgeable and the best at transferring it, wealth of experience and leadership inside this person guarantees the development of real professionals.

Looking back, at the two IDC-weeks with dive-careers a variety of good memories comes instantly up. During those two weeks my schedule was filled with a good mix of theory lessons and challenging skill practices.
Thanks to my Course Director Carmelo, his never-ending efforts and patience as well as his big smile, I felt at the end of the IDC fully prepared to encounter the IE! The greatest thing about Dive-Careers is the network they offer you. This made it possible for me to be already able to apply everything I have learned during the IDC in real life with real students. :-)

I did my Divemaster training in Koh Tao with Buddha View/DPM in mid 2014 and it reached all my expectations! Great people/staff and amazing atmosphere for learning what is expected of any decent Divemaster and enojying in the process. Hopefully one day I'll have the opportunity to do my IDC with them...

I had an amazing time on my IDC. I had met Mark before to ask him for advise and found him an engaging, genuine and super knowledgeable person. He is always ready to answer all your questions and even send me very useful e-learning materials on forehand. When he started an IDC in Khao Lak which included an internship on a liveaboard I did not hesitate to join!
The program was super well organized and the team of professionals was excellent and professional and made the whole experience very enjoyable. They also showed a lot of patience and support where needed and never stopped sharing their great stories. They created an environment for us - a group of 6 candidates - to grow together and actually become a team that went in the Instructor Exam self-assured and we all passed! And that is just beautiful!
Highly recommended especially if you want to get work-experience on a liveaboard after your IDC!!

My IDC experience with Dive-careers and Khao Lak Scuba Adventurers was wonderful to say the least. Mark Soworka had brought together a team of very professional individuals and excellent facilities at KSA that helped all 6 of us, IDC candidates to easily pass our IE and become PADI Instructor. The 15 day programme was both logical and flexible and grew along with our performance . The materials provided by Mark before and during IDC were most helpful for our preparations. It was not all about studying or making presentation, we all had loads of fun while going through the process.

It’s the best way to learn.
Knowledge is really tranfered in a fun way (Multilangual) . Staff is cool, place is great. Some of the most experienced course directors in the world guide you in a flexible schedule. Clearly satisfied!

Having done my DMT on koh Tao at Buddha view was one of the best times in my life!
Super nice team, great and fun training, wonderful ppl from all over the world. In a way we became a big family and some of the ppl are still really good friends up to this day.

Carmelo and Cilla provided a wonderful learning environment that was not only challenging but also a fun way to learn. The high standard that they strive for has made me extremely confident in teaching and has lifted my expectations on what dive instruction should be.

I liked the high quality both on content and presentation technique. Mark has such an amazing level of experience which is hard to beat. During lunchtime we had a variety in food on the menu. Everything was great from the first day till the end of the IDC. The location was nice and Mark Soworka is a great course director.

I really enjoyed my IDC with Mark and the Cape Town Dive Center crew. They made very sure that we were well prepared for the IE and that we had all the resources available to us that we needed. They were also just generally a great bunch to have spent all that time with, and they made sure it was a fun experience that I will always have good memories of!

in the last month in October, I was Staffing for Mark Soworka on an IDC course, I was extremely impressed with his how knowledgeable he is on Diveing and learnt a lot from him, by watching how he conducted and explained things to the IDC candidates.

if in the future I get another chance to work with him I will be extremely excited.

If someone looking for to do the IDC or Staff, dive-careers will be the best choice. As the Course Director is the most experienced person i have met in my dive career.

Making my IDC with Sea Spirit Taormina / Dive-Careers was the best decision. Cilla and Carmelo together are the best team ever. The local facilities are amazing: Olympic pool for confined water, conference room for the academics, Isola Bella for the open water sessions, and the best part... it’s in Sicily.
I will remember the IDC time for the rest of my life.
